Mittelrheinischer Golf Club, Bad Ems
The 18-hole course is peaceful and secluded and situated above the steep slopes of the Lahn and Rhine valley. During the round, views of the surrounding mountains open up. The fairways are in harmony with the landscape and framed by ancient trees. The course was first laid out in 1928 but has recently been re-designed by the renowned golf course architect, Thomas Himmel. It has an excellent reputation and is regarded as one of the most challenging in the region.

Rhein-Wied Golf Club
High above the Rhine, this course offers beautiful panoramic views. It was designed with the landscape in mind. The loosely structured course has technically challenging slopes and a variety of fairways and bunkers.
18-hole course, distance from the Hotel: 35km.
Klostergut Jakobsberg Golf Club
The beautifully situated 18-hole course offers views over the peaks of the Taunus, Hunsruck, Westerwald and Rhine. The fairways are highly modulated and feature four tees each, as well as water hazards, large bunkers and undulating greens. Since 1997, the course has been the training base for the national team and the PGA of Germany. You might meet the odd pro here!
